PHSA Paramedical Diploma Course Admission 2017-2019

NA 120 By Election Result 17th September 2017

Election Commission of Pakistan will declare the result of NA-120 on their official website. Polling in NA-120’s sub-election has begun due to disqualification of former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

220 polling stations have been set up for 3,521,786 voters in the circle. The number of male voters is one lakh 79 thousand 642 and the number of women voters is one lakh 42 thousand 144. The polling will remain unchanged from 8 am to 5 pm in the morning, for which security arrangements have been made. Army and Rangers are deployed inside and outside of polling stations as well as CCTV cameras have been installed. Soldiers will be present at polling stations across the night tonight.

The Election Commission has ordered presiding officers to submit the results immediately after polling, biometric machines will be used on test basis at 39 polling stations. 70 polling stations were declared sensitive in the circle.

CHIEF MINISTER PUNJAB TURKISH LANGUAGE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME PHASE II

Chief Minister of the Punjab, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif envisions the dire need of effective communication among Turkish and Pakistani people. For this purpose, he has generously allocated funds to send 25 appropriately qualified, Punjab domiciled, youth to Turkey for learning Turkish language.

Selection Procedure and General Information
Basic Eligibility Criteria

Domicile: Any district of Punjab.
Age: 22-24 years on the last date fixed for application submission.
Education: Minimum of 14 years of schooling, in any subject, from an accredited institution with at least 1st division (or 3.0/4.0 CGPA) in the Bachelor degree and no 3rd division in the whole career.
All the candidates need to be medically fit in order to qualify for the award of Scholarship.
All the candidates are advised to verify / assure that their particulars (Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth etc.) are exactly same on all the documents (Certificates, CNIC, & Passport etc.)
Provisionally selected awardees will have to attend and successfully complete the language studies (of 2 to 3 weeks) at a local institution.
After final selection, the awardees will be required to secure admission for Turkishish Language Studies at an approved institution in Turkish for a period of up to two years.
Selection Procedure

In case the applications received are more than twice the available number of awards, a written test may be conducted to shortlist the candidates. The shortlisted candidates will then be interviewed.
Candidates presently working in Government, Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies must send their applications through proper channel only. Applications submitted without NOC, issued by the competent/appointing authority, shall not be entertained.
Preference will be given to the applicants belonging to the southern Punjab and those having prior Turkishish language ability.
Applicants are required to apply online and submit a print of the same online application form along with complete bio-data and attested relevant documents in Financial Aid Office (FAO) by January 17, 2017 during office hours.
