The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority is an autonomous body endowed with the responsibility of prescribing regulations and procedures for public procurement by Federal Government owned public sector organizations with a view to improve governance, management, transparency, accountability and quality of

Bank Draft Deposit Receipt of Rs.1500/- in the name of Treasurer Hazara University Manschra along with two sets of Application completed in all respect including attested photocopies of all the OMCs. Certificates. Degrees. Experience certificates. CNIC (on full page), Domicile-certificate and three recent passport size photographs must be attached with the application form.

Applicants applying for more than one post will submit separate application with necessary documents, complete in all respect.. The application forms complete in all respect must reach to the Record (Selection Board) Section, Registrar Office. Hazara University, Mansohra on or before October 30,2017. Application received after last date will not be considered. The University is not responsible for
delays in receiving call letters due to courier’s/mail lapses.

ELIGIBILITY:

Both male and female including special persons having at least 2″d Division Bachelor’s degree
between the ages of 21 to 30 years as on 31.12.2017 are eligible. The upper age limit may be relaxed by two years in categories mentioned in Rule 3 of CSS Competitive Examination Rules-2018, subject to fulfillment of documentary requirements.

QUOTA FOR WOMEN AND MINORITIES: Federal Government has reserved 10% of the vacancies for Women and 5% for the Minorities within the share of Provinces/Regions. Both are encouraged to apply.

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: All aspirants may apply online for CSS Competitive
Examination from 15,h October to 14″’ November 2017, followed by submission of hard copy of online form along with all attested documents and original Treasury Receipt of Rs.2200/-, so as to reach the FPSC Headquarters, Islamabad within 10 days of the closing date i.e. on or before 24th November, 2017, as per procedure stipulated in Rule-7 of CSS Competitive Examination Rules-2018.

CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION IS 14th NOVEMBER 2017

CANDIDATES ARE ADVISED TO:

(i)  Carefully fill the online form and check it before online submission. Take a print and dispatch hardcopy to FPSC on or before closing date. Any correction in the printed hard copy of online form, may be made by hand and initialed, before dispatch/submission to FPSC. Thereafter, no request for change in any entry of online application or its hard copy, would be accepted.

(ii) Deposit, before the closing date, Rs.2200/- as examination fee in the nearest Govt. Treasury/State Bank of Pakistan/National Bank of Pakistan under the account head “C02101 Organs of State Exam fee
(FPSC Receipt).

(iii)     Attach all attested copies of required documents, photographs & original treasury receipt of Rs. 2200/- with the hardcopy of online application form and must be despatched to secretary FPSC so as to reach to FPSC Headquarters, Islamabad within 10 days of the closing date.

(iv) Choose the optional subjects correctly in accordance with Appendix-1 of the Rules for CSS
Competitive Examination-2018.

(v)  Candidates are advised to download Computer generated Admission Certificates from FPSC website
i.e. www.fpsc.gov.pk In this regard no intimation shall be sent through post

(vi) Be careful that optional subjects & examination centre once selected shall not be changed. No
request in this regard shall be entertained.

(vii)     Correctly enter CNIC No. & date of birth in online form and in its hardcopy. Wrong entry shall lead to rejection of candidature.

(viii)    Strictly comply with the rules of CSS Competitive Examination-2018 else their candidature shall lead to rejection.

Vehicle Registration involves the recording of a motor vehicle in the official records after due verification. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS & BDS

1. For local Pakistani students

The candidate who has passed the Intermediate Science (FSc) Examination (Medical Group) securing at least 60% marks in aggregate, unadjusted, from a Pakistani University or an equivalent examination of a Board of Secondary Education in Pakistan.

OR

The candidate who has passed any other examination of a foreign University or examining body, which contains the subjects declared as essential by Council in scope and standard, is found equivalent upon certification by the IBCC to the Intermediate Science (FSc with 60% marks) Examination of a Pakistani University or Board of Secondary Education,

OR

The candidate who has passed an examination higher than the FSc of a Pakistani University with Biological Sciences provided she has passed the Intermediate Science (FSc Examination) (Medical Group) securing at least 60% marks in aggregate, unadjusted, from a Pakistani University or an equivalent examination of a Board of Secondary Education in Pakistan and she shall be eligible. However, the appearance in the central entry test arranged by Provincial Authority is compulsory for admission in MBBS/BDS program.
2. For overseas students

i. The candidate who has passed an examination equivalent to intermediate level of Pakistan from a foreign education system with three science subjects out of which Biology and Chemistry are essential subjects with 60% marks in each as certified by IBCC, is eligible to appear in the entry test of MBBS/BDS. On open merit seats no admission shall be given except through the provincial entry test. Subject wise equivalence by IBCC shall be acceptable; study group mentioned by IBCC shall have no effect on the eligibility for admission if any.

ii. On foreign seats only and not on open merit seats, in lieu of the entry test of the admission authority, the candidates is required to have passed SAT II examination score with minimum 550 marks in each of the three science subjects of which two have to be Biology and Chemistry.

iii. The candidate is required to present a valid TOFEL or IELT with a score of 500 or 5.5 only if the medium of instruction of study two years prior to application for admission/entry test is not English. An alternate to TOEFL and IELT is a certification by NUML University Islamabad after a one year English language course.

A non refundable application processing fee as decided by the management has to be submitted through cash, bank draft or pay order drawn in favour of University Medical and Dental College, at a designated branch of Habib Metropolitan Bank inside the Campus. Student must pay her dues within the notified period. She will not be enrolled unless she has paid the dues.

Dues once paid by the student are not refundable at any stage.
