QUALIFICATION
Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical Technology from any
Technical Board
Minimum 10 years of experience of relevant field in high-rise buildings.
02-Supervisor BMS
QUALIFICATION
Minimum B.Tech qualified in relevant discipline.
Previous experience of HVAC BMS control Systems, facilities
management in high-rise buildings.
03-Supervisor Water
Filtration Plant
QUALIFICATION
Diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanicali’Plumbing from any
Technical Board.
Experience:
10 years of experience in relevant field.
04-Supervisor Civil works
QUALIFICATION
Diploma of Associate Engineering in Civil from any technical board.
Experience:
10 years of experience in relevant field.
05-Technician BMS
QUALIFICATION
Diploma in relevant discipline
Experience:
5 years relevant work experience
Should be able to read Auto CAD drawings loop checking
06-Complaint Receiver
QUALIFICATION
Good MS Excel and MS Word skis.
Experience:
More than 5 years working experience in relevant field.
07-Lift Operator
Experience:
3 years working experience as Lift Operator.
DAE in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical
08-Sanitary Worker
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience
09-Painter
Experience:
5 years’ experience in relevant field
10-Helper
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience.
11-Carpenter
Experience:
2-4 years of experience
Note:
Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years as on 1st August. 2014.
