Post Name is Agri Field Officer and Key Responsibilities

1. Development and Procurement of fine quality Raw Fruits and Vegetables.
2. Development of potential farmers according to business needs.
3. Selecting the Credible Farmers for Contract Farming.
4. Supervising the Cultivation Process and Procuring target volumes for un-interrupted supplies for business.
   Responsible to build “Business Partner” relationship with the farmers.

Key Requirements.

• This job requires promoting value addition in Fresh and Processed Horticultural Products by incorporating latest technological techniques. Facilitating the farmers and strictly complying with international standards of food quality and safety is essential for this job. Taking initiative to apply innovative methods to reduce the cost of production and to diversify the product line for future profits.

Qualification

• M.Sc (Hons) with Horticulture Specialization and minimum 2 years experience OR B.Sc (Hons) with Horticulture Specialization and minimum 5 years experience.
