This Registration Form is only valid for NAT Test dated 21 August 2016.candidate list on the NTS website.
Note: Application Form will not be entertained without Original Deposit Slip (NTS Copy).
Application should reach NTS office latest by last date of submission of Application Form. NTS will not be responsible for late receiving of application through courier / Pakistan Post etc.The Last date for submission of application form is Friday 5 August, 2016. Applications received on or after Saturday 6 August, 2016 will be rejected.
Attach your 2 recent photos of size (Passport Size Only) at the front of this Registration Form.
All Candidates are required to provide their recent photographs with full face exposure.
Deposit Rs: 700/- (No Refundable / Non Transferable) in Designated Bank Branches of MCB, UBL, HBL or ABL, (Bank Deposit Slip is attached with this Registration Form) and attach Original Deposit slip NTS copywith your Registration form.
