Terms & Conditions
Age limit for the participants of music and painting competitions will be 18 to 35 years (Cutoff Date: March 01, 2017) without any relaxation.
Both Male and Female contenders are eligible to apply.
The applicants for music and painting competitions must be residents of Punjab, possessing domicile of the same, must appear with their original CNIC at division level competition.
The participants will not be given TA/DA at divisional level competition.
For both competitions, committees of judges have been constituted at divisional and provincial level and their decision would be final, however, at each division and provincial level, complaint resolution committees have also been established. Decision of complaint resolution committees cannot be challenged.
Divisional and Provincial administration will decide the date, time and venue of music and painting competition.
Top three position holders in divisional level competitions will have to participate in the provincial level competition.
It is mandatory for applicants of both competitions to fill up the prescribed form that is available in the office of respective arts council and the website.
In music competition at divisional and provincial level, apart from top three prizes, 5 additional cash prizes will also be given as appreciation.
The duration of music competition will depend upon the number of participants. The participants must be aware of the music genres like classical, semi-classical, pop, folk songs.
In music competition, one singer will be allowed to sing only one song at a time.
In Painting competition, the participants will have to complete their painting as per the topic given.
Painting competition will be of three hours duration.
Respective arts council will provide painting material at divisional and provincial level.
All the painting made in the competition will remain in possession of the respective arts council.

AGE LIMIT

Balochistan recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas is relaxed for 3

3. In case of Ex-Servicemen, the upper age limits is relaxed to the extent of 15 years or the number of years

Eligibility of the candidates shall be determined on the basis of applicants’ qualification, performance in written test (to be conducted by PTS i.e. PTS(Pakistan Testing Services)and interview within the criteria/policy devised by the department.
Last date of submission of applications is -02-2017.
Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected. Only those candidates who fulfill the laid down criteria are eligible to apply.

Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) is an autonomous body set up by the Government of the Punjab to assess and examine students’ learning achievements particularly of grade 5 and 8. PEC started functioning in 2005 and in 2006 conducted 5th grade population examination for the first time in the Province. Now PEC is a statutory body working under Punjab Examination Commission Act XI of 2010.

PEC develops tests and further gets them printed for the districts of Punjab. The districts administer and score the tests. PEC then prepares results for each district, about 2 to 5 million students, both from public and private sector schools appear in the examination every year.

Moreover, we prepare reports which serve teachers, teacher educators and researchers for improving students’ learning. The data collected from 36 districts of the province provides feedback to the system, policy making, educational managers and teachers for improving students’ learning.

The commission consists of 18 members out of which 3 MPAs, 2 educationists and two persons from private schools are nominated by the Government.

Announcement Date: the last Monday at every month.

According to MOU on between Ministry of Employment and Labor of the Republic of Korea and the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (MOOPHRD), only OEC has the legal authority to send Pakistani workforce to the Republic of Korea. Only the job seekers who passed the EPS-TOPIK and registered on the roster by OEC can be hired by Korean Employers. If any other private sectors are involved in procedure for sending workforce, there will be the legal punishment for those acts.

On the test day, mobile phones, cassette players, PDA, MP3 player, electronic dictionaries, and other electronic devices which are possibly used in cheating during the test are highly prohibited.
Test will be void, and examinees will NOT be eligible for taking the test for 3 years in case of cheating during the test.
If an applicant’s personal information on the passport is not exactly the same as the one on the application form (name, date of birth, and gender), their registration to the EPS job seekers’ roster and entry to Korea is not permitted in any case, and the applicant is fully responsible for any problem caused by the differences in their personal information.
For improvement of Proficiency in Korean, all of the questions are to be taken from closed question bank based on “The Standard Textbook for EPS-TOPIK”.
Passing the special EPS-TOPIK only guarantees the qualification for job application for EPS, and does not guarantee the employment in Korea.
Moreover, persons who are restricted from the employment in Korea, such as those who do not pass the medical examination or who have the record of illegal stay in Korea, cannot be employed in Korea.

It costs 24 USD(or same amount in Pak Rupees) for an applicant to take EPS-TOPIK and only the certain amount of money noticed officially as a sending cost by OEC during the registration period of a job application form will cost you for entering Korea under the EPS. Besides, except OEC, any other agency or person is not allowed to be related to employment procedures of EPS. For this reason, all applicants should be aware of this fact and protect themselves from any damages or losses caused by anyone or any other agencies’ absurd (deceiving) proposal related to recommendation or employment in Korea under the EPS.
