Ticketing Process
All Ufone and non Ufone customers can now get Daewoo Bus tickets from Ufone Service Centers.
Walk into any Ufone Service Center
Tell Customer Services Representative the Date and Destination of travel
Customer Services Representative will tell you the available bus timings and bus type (Super luxury, Premium Plus etc.)
Tell Customer Services Representative the number of seats required along with your name and contact number
Make payment to CSR and receive your Daewoo Bus tickets
Terms & Conditions
There are no additional service fee other than the Daewoo Bus Ticket fare as mentioned on Daewoo Ticket.
All tickets can be booked 4 days in advance and no later than one hour before boarding.
Customer having Daewoo Miles Card membership shall earn mileage points by visiting Daewoo Terminal ticketing counter before boarding the bus.
Passenger will need to arrive at Daewoo terminal 15 minutes before departure and go straight to the departing Daewoo bus without the need to go to ticketing counters.
Upon boarding the bus, Daewoo staff shall tear off boarding coupon (left portion of the ticket) while the right portion of ticket shall be retained by the passenger.
Cancellation of advance ticket shall not be entertained at Ufone outlets till further notice. All customers requiring cancellation of advance tickets shall visit nearest Daewoo Express Bus Terminal.
In case a passenger wants to change date and/or time of a purchased ticket he/she will have to visit the nearest Daewoo Express Bus Terminal.
In case of a “lost ticket” incident, the passenger will be referred to the nearest Daewoo terminal where customer will be asked to show the ticket security code which was sent to customer’s mobile number provided he/she has given the number at the time of ticket booking at Ufone Service Center. No duplicate ticket will be issued by Ufone Customer Service Center.
Daewoo Bus Ticketing service is currently unavailable at Quetta Service Center.
