University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore Entrance Test 2014 For Admissions to Medical / Dental Institutions of the Punjab
MBBS/BDS ADMISSIONS 2014 in Medical & Dental Institutions of the Punjab Session 2014-15.
Preparation of Documents.
MBBS/BDS ADMISSIONS ENTRY TEST 2014 WILL BE ORGANIZED VERY SOON.
MBBS and BDS entrance test Documents in Punjab shall be conducted in July 2014 whoever Entry Test Will Organized in August 2014.
Prepare the following documents, many students are unable to appear in the test due to unavailability of all the documents:
1) Attested Photo Copy of Domicile Certificate will be Accepted (Birth Certificate of the Candidate or B Form not Accepted).
2) Matric Certificate / ‘O’ Level Equivalent examination certificate from Karachi
3) Mark sheet of Matric /transcript ‘O’ Level / Equivalent Examination.
4) O Level equivalence certificate (if applicable).
5) Interscience / A-Level marksheet or transcript from Karachi.
6) Hafiz-e-Quran certificate (if applicable).
7) Certificate of disability (if applicable).
8. Candidate’s Domicile Certificate of Punjab.
9) Eight (8) Color photographs Size 3.5cmx 4.5cm and two 2.5cm x2.5cm(with full face exposure of both males & females)
