Job Description:
Chief Financial Officer is a leadership position which will include organizational and corporate financial strategy, budgeting, financial planning & analysis, treasury & fund management, taxation, financial reporting and compliance, merger and acquisition projects, internal control, pricing and financial advisory functions. Knowledge and experience of ERP systems and automation is essential.
Qualification & Experience:
Candidate should be FCA / ACA, FCMA/ACMA, with 10-15 years experience in engineering related industry. OR MBA (Finance) from LUMS, IBA, CBA orfrom Foreign university duly recognized by HEC (Preferably GPA 3.0 or above) with 12-17 years experience in engineering related industry.
Terms & Conditions:
- Initial appointment will be for a period of 3 years further extendable on the basis of performance.
- Maximum age limit is up to 52 years which may be relaxed in outstanding/deserving cases.
iii. Salary package equivalent to BPS-20 along with fringe benefits admissible to the scale will be negotiable according to the qualification, relevant experience and managerial skills.
