1 The selection committee shall make selection strictly on merit according to Government of Punjab contract policy 2004 & revised policy upto 2016.

6 General relaxation in upper age limit up to five years for male 8 years for female & Disabled as per Government policy.
7 Government servants / employees autonomous institutions should apply through proper channel.
8 At the time of Interview, the candidates must bring all original documents and not TA / DA will paid for test / interview.
9 The date for interview / test will be announced / communicated later on.
10 Incomplete application, applications received after due date and application of overage candidates shall not be entertained / received.
11 No relaxation in prescribed qualification experience and age limit shall be given.
12 All original documents are necessary in interview and no TA / DA will be paid for interview.
13 In case of any stage, conflict / difference of opinion during the process of recruitment and any selection and any error / omission occurred during the process of publication decision of concerned selection committee will be considered as final.
14 The competent authority reserves the rights to reduce or increase the number of posts advertised as well as change / cancel.
15 Mobile Phone / Laptop or any other supporting material shall not be allowed at the time of interview.
16 It will not be challenged in any court of law in case of postponement of recruitments.
