MSF-OCA is looking for a Nurse(Female) for its PROJECT in DERA MURAD JAMALI -BALOCHISTAN. MSF offers a package of benefits (Salary, leaves, medicalcoverage, training and career) and the opportunity to work for an internationally renowned humanitarian organization.
☆Provide quality nursing care (preventive & curative)
and follow-up of patients, according to doctors’ prescriptions and following
MSF protocols
☆Assist in the isolation room and daily care.
☆Provide nutritional medical care within the inpatient ward according to MSF protocols and guidelines.
☆Ensure quality of care, accurate reporting and timely
consultation and or referral as well
as following the orders of and give assistance to the supervisors.
☆Give suggestions to the supervisors regarding patient care/ protocols.
☆To ensure integrated health education and support with in all activities, to patients and their families.☆Using the data reporting-clinical, NA care and consumables-to guarantee quality care.
Requirements for the position:
☆ Nurse (RNRM & BsN) (4 years Diploma) Or Bachelor degree in Nursing
☆ Valid PNC registration card.
☆ Desirable 1 year experience in a hospital setting.
☆ Satisfactory level of English, proficient in Urdu and relevant local language.
☆ Good communication and social skills.
☆Capacity to work under stress and in difficult circumstances
☆ Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary and international team.
☆ Flexibility and adaptability to changing work situation and to the needs of the health program.
