Application Form can be downloaded from Hazara University website: imitiu cdu.pt or can be obtained from Establishment Section of the University Only the prescribed application form will be accepted. No column of the application form should be left blank, particularly postal address/contact number both landline and mobile must be
mentioned.
Applicant serving in Govt/Semi Govt.,’ Autonomous bodies should route their applications through proper channel with NOC/proper permission. Bank Draft Deposit Receipt of Rs.1500/- in the name of Treasurer Hazara University Manschra along with two sets of Application completed in all respect including attested photocopies of all the OMCs. Certificates. Degrees. Experience certificates. CNIC (on full page), Domicile-certificate and three recent passport size photographs must be attached with the application form.
Applicants applying for more than one post will submit separate application with necessary documents, complete in all respect.. The application forms complete in all respect must reach to the Record (Selection Board) Section, Registrar Office. Hazara University, Mansohra on or before October 30,2017. Application received after last date will not be considered. The University is not responsible for
delays in receiving call letters due to courier’s/mail lapses.
For updates regarding list of eligible/ineligible candidates and Test/interview date etc. Please keep visiting University website regularly. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test interview. Short-listing of the candidates shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University.
No TA’DA shall be admissible.Those who had applied for any one above mentioned posts advertised by this university via advertisement No.02/2014,03/2016, meet the existing criteria for the post he/she already applied should apply without depositing the fee as mentioned at S.No.04 of the terms and conditions. However, he/she is required to produce the copy of bank challan/bank draft of the already deposited fee. otherwise he/she will have to deposit afresh.
