National Council for Homoeopathy is a body Corporate Constituted under Unani Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965 to regulate the qualifications and to provide for the Registrations of Practitioners of Unani Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic Practitioners.

The Examinations are held regularly in the manner laid down in Examinations Regulations 1986 under the control of Examining Body.The Examining Body fixes date for Annual and Supplementary examinations and prepare date sheet and appoint disciplinary committee to decide cases of unfair means.
