Lal Mosque Case: Musharraf immunity appeal’s hearing today
ISLAMABAD: The court will hear the appeal seeking former president Pervaiz Musharraf’s immunity regarding presence in court in Lal Mosque operation case today.
The Additional District and Session judge Wajid Ali will hear the case while the Illyas Siddiqui will represent the petitioner. After getting bail from judges house arrest case, Benazir murder, akbar Bugti murder and Lal Mosque cases he was filed appeal to seek his immunity to present in the court on security basis.
