1 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (SP&PL)

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (SP&PL) – “A”

The Candidate should be: MBA/CMA from foreign / HEC well known recognized universities. BA & BS Finance and Management Information System from well known HEC & international recognized universities. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 12 years of experience in following fields:
a) Project Development.
b) Business Research.
c) Financial Reporting Analysis
d) Preference will be given to the individual having experience of public organization.
Age not more than 50 years.
2 GENERAL MANAGER (COMMERCIAL) 

GENERAL MANAGER (COMMERCIAL) – “B”

The Candidate should be: Master Mariner / MBA (Marketing/Maritime). Preference will be given to FICS / ACII. Preferably Sailing Experience around 05 years in Senior Capacity on Bulk Carriers / Oil Tankers or Container Vessels. Minimum 05 years of Shore Experience in a senior capacity in reputable shipping company / agency. Sound Knowledge of International Maritime Legislations including Charter Parties Agreements, Handling of Marine Claims, Arbitration and General Average.
Age not over 55 years.
3 GENERAL MANAGER (MR&S) 

GENERAL MANAGER (MR&S) – “C”

The Candidate should be: COC 1st Class Engineer (Motor). B.E. in Marine Engineering would be preferred. Atleast 3 years sailing experience as Chief Engineer on board oil tankers. Minimum 3 years Shore Based experience in Ship Operations / maintenance on Tankers. Good in written and oral communication skills.
Age not more than 55 years.
4 PORT CAPTAIN 

PORT CAPTAIN – “D”

The Candidate should be: Master Mariner. Preferably Sailing Experience around 05 years in Senior Capacity on Bulk Carriers or Oil Tankers or Container Vessels. Preference minimum 02 years of Shore Experience in the capacity of Port Captain or Ship Operations in reputable shipping company / agency.

5 MANAGER MEDIA RELATIONS 

MANAGER MEDIA RELATIONS – “E”
The Candidate should be:Master’s Degree Holder in Mass Communications from a university recognized by HEC. Twenty years combined experience in the relevant field including Five Years experience as Editor of a Daily Newspaper.
Age not more than 55 years.
6 MARINE DIESEL SHOP SUPERVISOR 

MARINE DIESEL SHOP SUPERVISOR – “F”
The Candidate should be: Must be Matric. Preferable Trade Apprentice Ship from Marine Workshop. With 10 to 15 years experience of working as Marine Diesel Mechanic in Marine Workshop.
Age not more than 40 years.
7 PIPE FABRICATOR 

The Candidate should be:Must be Middle. Must have worked as Pipe Fitter in reputed Shipyard / Dockyard or Marine Workshop. With 20 years experience as Pipe Fabricator onboard vessels. Present Employment in Marine Workshop will be preferred.
Age not more than 55 years.
8 MARINE ELECTRICIAN

The Candidate should be: Must be Matric. With upto 3-5 years experience of Marine Workshop as Electrician.
Experience of Marine Workshop will be preferred.
Age not more than 30 years.

Note:
Appointment will be on contract, initially for a period of two years extendable with mutual consent. Selected candidates will be offered market-based remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
