545th birthday celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak started
Nankana sahib : The celebrations of 545th birth anniversary of first Sikh Guru and founder of Sikhism, Baba Guru Nanak have started in Nankana sahib.
Thousands of pilgrims throughout the world have reached in Nankana Sahib today.
The pilgrims will go to Gurdwara Sacha Soda on 16th November 2013. They will take out a procession from their central gurdwara Janam Asthan to Satia Karanti along with their holy scripture, Guru Garanth Sahib, placed in a decorated vehicle.
Besides, the Sikh yatris will also visit Gurdwara Panja Sahib, Dera Sahib, Kartarpur, Sacha Soda, Gurdwara Aimanabad and Nankana Sahib and perform their religious rituals.
