Punjab Government education Department has announced Financial Assistance for Hepatitis-C Patient(For All In-Service & Retired Teacher). Punjab Education Department Financial Aid for Teachers.The Punjab Teachers Foundation (PEF) is established in February 1990.

PTF Application Forms:

PTF Retried Teacher and On Job Teachers who are affected by HEPATITIS-C can get Financial Aid through This Scheme.

They Can get PTF Application Forms from Relevant District ADO Education Office.

2.Copy of Computerized National Identity Card
