The Bank of Punjab (BoP) has launched SMS banking to provide its customers a wide range of services.

Bank of Punjab (BoP) Established in 1989, in pursuance of The Bank of Punjab Act 1989 and was given the status of scheduled bank in 1994. The Bank of Punjab is working as a scheduled commercial bank with its network of 273 branches at all major business centres in the country.

Bank of Punjab Pakistan have established the system of the sms in all Pakistan that if there is the need of the information about the sending and the receiving money in the bank punjab so we have said that it is the well system which provide the well facility of sms on the mobile phone on the person who have sent or receive money.Now access of the information for every body is easy that how much money is available in the account and how much money he or she have added in the account in this transaction and in the previous transactions.Some persons whose have not have the information about the new technology about the new scheme of the knowledge so they said that how it is possible because they are not aware but it is not the last edge or peak of the technology but we said that it is the starting of the time when the things are defining by the technology if it is the mobile phone industry or if it is the computer applications ,mobile applications or web applications so every day things are going to change so it is the need adopt the new ideas about this technological age.
