Punjab Medical Faculty Schedule of Examination 2016

All Students of Government Institutions and Private Institutions are informed that Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore will start examinations of different Schemes from 27th February 2016.

Punjab Medical Faculty will begin examinations and tests under different schemes on dated 27 February 2016.

PMF Admission Forms Exams 2016 Schedule:

Punjab Medical Faculty Examination 2016 Schedule of Admission Forms. The Schedule of PMF Different Schemes examination 2016 is given below on this page.

Last date for Admission Form Submission is 21st December 2015 with Examination Fee Rs.2000/=

28th December 2015 with Single Late Fee Rs.2500/=

30th December 2015 with Double Late Fee Rs.4000/=

Note: No Admission Form will be received after the 2=30th December 2015.

With regular admission fee of Rs 2,000 preacher filing deadline is 21 December 2015.

Single Entry forms with late fee of Rs 2,500 preacher date to submit is 28 December 2015.

Entry fee preacher double late fee of Rs 4,000 on 30 December 2015 with a submission deadline.

Note. After 30 December 2015 will not be charged any admission.

11. Clinical Assistant

PMF Roll Number Slips for Exams 2016:

All candidates will received their Roll Number Slips till 20th February by Post and those students who do not receive their Slips ,they can Download from Official Website of Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore www.pmflahore.com

Duplicate Roll Number Slips for Exams 2016:

Student can obtained their Duplicate Roll Number Slips from Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore Office till 24th February 2016.

They will come will their Original NIC and Office time is 09:00 to 04:00 PM.
