Applications from suitable candidates of Punjab Domicile possessing requisite qualification and experience are invited for the following posts at Gujranwala Medical College-DHQ / Teaching Hospital, Gujranwala:-

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tire recruitment (non-transferable) will be made on Contract Basis for 3 to 5 years as per contract policy, 2004 of Government of the Punjab and other directives issued from time to time. The contract is extendable for further admissible period on satisfactory performance.

Short-listed candidates will be called for interview.

The competent Authority is authorized for any change of schedule and number of posts etc.

For Sr. No. 06 to 23: 3% quota for disable persons, 5% for minorities, 15% for women and 20% quota of vacancies will be reserved for in service employees BS-01 to 05 for posts BS-01 to 05 and J/Clerk BS 07 where applicable

For Sr. No. 05:3% quota for disable persons and 5% for minorities will be reserved for tire post of Demonstrators.

Candidates applying under above quotas must write their category on their applications.

Uper age relaxation across the Board shall be admissible as per Government rules l.e Five (05) years relaxation in upper age limit across the board shall be available for all male candidates and eight (08) years for female candidates.

No. of posts may increase or decrease as per latest status of vacant seats.

Govt./Semi Govt, employees may send their applications through proper channel.

Candidates with higher qualification / experience will be preferred.

Apfjlication forms can be obtained from college office or its website. Bach application submitted should accompany a pay order / demand draft of Rs. 2000/- for Sr. No. 01 to 04 and Rs. 1000/- for Sr. No. 5 In favour of

Principal,    GMC, Gujranwala.

Incomplete or received after the due date applications will not be processed.

No TA/DA will be paid to candidates coming for interviews.

 Walk-In-Interview: In future, the interviews of candidates for vacant posts of Professors, Associate Professor, Assistant Professors, Demonstrators & Medical Officers and Charge Nurses will be held on 1st’ & 3rd Tuesday of each month for filling of all vacant posts.

Two attested photographs (back side), attested copies of all Educational and Professional Certificates including Result Cards of all Profs., valid PMDC Registration Certificate, Experience Certificates duly recognized by the PM&DC, required Research Papers duly publish In the recognized Journals, Domicile Certificate ft CNIC must be attached with the application form.

 Applications must reach in the Admin. Office of Gujranwala Medical College, Gujranwala by hand or through courier upto 08-12-2015 (office hours).
