UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE FAISALABAD 2nd ENTRY TEST 2015 FOR Undergraduate Programs
Entry Test is being scheduled at 10(ten) different centers for admission to undergraduate degree programs for the academic session, 2015-16 at main Campous Faisalabad, Sub Campuses at Toba Tek Singh and Burewala(Vehari). Candidates appearing in Intermediate/equivalent Part-II examination or having completed 12 years Schooling.
Schedule
Last date for receipt of Registration Form: Friday, April 3,2015 .Test date and reporting time: Sunday April 5,2015 at 10.30 a.m in Centre of choice(Bring clip board in addition to others indicated on back of Roll No.Slip).
Procedure for Registration
This is Online Registration method.
For manual registration obtain blank Entry Test form, from the each Test Center/Deans/Directors concerned/Principal of University Sub Campuses free of cast or Download from University Website. The Form complete in all respect should be submitted in the Centre where to be appreared for test, upto the last date.
Test Fee
Rs. 700/-(non refundable/non transferable) be paid in the shape of DD/Pay order/ Postal order in favour of the treasurer, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, or through Challan in MCB, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Branch.
For Online transfer, Cash worth Rs.750/-(Rs.700/- test fee + Rs.50/- bank service charges) be deposited in MCB Bank branch from all Pakistan for Credit to “UAF Online Entry Test Fee, through TBD Account”.

Two recent attested photographs of 1.5″ x 2″
Attested Copy of CNIC/B-Form
Attested copy of Matric, Intermediate(Part-I) result card
Minimum passing marks in Entry test
For admissions to programs offered by the faculty of agri.engneering and technology-50%.
For admission to all remaining degree programs-40%.
Area/Stream of Test
Stream/Area of Test must chosen with respect to degree in which you want to apply.
The candidates who will send registration form through post/courier service may collect their Roll Number slip from relevant Test Centre well before reporting time.
