Health Department District Government has announced Medical Officer (Male & Female),Dental Surgeon Jobs in DHQ/THQ Hospital Sheikhupura.

Applications are invited from candidates to fill up the following posts on adhoc basis in DHQ/THQ Hospital, rural health centers and basic health Units under the management of Health Department, District Government Sheikhupura.

Eligibility:

1    Educational qualification MBBS or equivalent and one year house job. Only the candidates registered with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council \n ill be eligible to submit application.

2    Educational qualification BDS or equivalent and one year house job. Only the candidates registered with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council will be eligible to submit application.

Condition. Rules & Regulations:

1    Candidates must be resident of Punjab Province for the abovementioned posts.

2    As per the government policy there will be a relaxation of 5-year in the upper age limit of all posts. Age will be determined from the last date of submitting applications.

3    Ihe duration of ad hoc employ meni will be one year extendable subject to satisfactory performance. Absence/poor performance will result in dismissal from service sans any notice.

4    Other terms and conditions will be as per the prescribed rules and regulations of the Punjab Government and enlisted in the posting orders.

5    Attach 3 passport size photographs, attested copies of educational certificates/documents, diplomas, domicile. CNIC and other relevant documents with the application form.

6    Incomplete applications will not be received. And the applications received after due date will also not be acceptable.

7    The number of abovementioned posts can be increased/decreased.

1    Last date for submitting applications for DIIQ T1IQ I lospital is 02-04-2015 and interview will be held at DCO Office Sheikhupura on 09-04-2015 at 10:00 am. Submit your applications in EDO Health Office Sheikhupura on time. Further detail can be obtained from this office. All the doctors bring their relevant original documents along at the time of interview. No “FA/DA will be given for interview.

2    For rural health center and basic health unit walk-in interviews will be held at 10:00 am in the office of DCO Sheikhupura on the I st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. Candidates submit their applications in the EDO Health Office Sheikhupura on time to participate in the walk-in interview. Further detail can be had from the said office All the doctors bring their relevant original documents along at the time of interview. No TA DA will be given for interview.
